About Us

Our family of REALTORS® have been selling homes and land since the mid 90's. As a real estate unit we have strong partnerships with our brokerages in Arizona and California. We work with local, regional, and national lenders as well as title companies and trades people. Richard entered real estate in 1995 initially as Agent and then as Broker. Currently working as Associate Broker for Distinctive Real Estate Ventures of Arizona, he is also licensed with the California Department of Real Estate as Realtor® for Century 21 Wright. He has a BS in Business Management from Canisius College. As a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Vietnam, he retired in 1991 as Vice President, Operations from Marine Midland Bank, NY (now HSBC).
Jeremy is a 2003 graduate of the Renewal Education Corporation School of Real Estate, and currently a licensed Arizona Department of Real Estate Associate Broker and Realtor® for Distinctive Real Estate Ventures of Arizona. In California, he is a California Department of Real Estate Realtor® for Century 21 Wright. He has a degree in Construction Engineering from ASU and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Ben is a US Marine Corps veteran with combat tours to Iraq and service with the Marine Corps Sniper Unit. Currently he's finishing his degree at the University of Arizona in Social Studies and Spanish with study abroad in Chile. He obtained his license as a Realtor® in 2009 and is specializing in the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas working for Distinctive Real Estate Ventures of Arizona.
Timothy received his State of Arizona license as a Realtor® in 2005 and is currently working in the greater Phoenix area for Distinctive Real Estate Ventures of Arizona. He has attended Phoenix College and now is in the process of pursuing his Broker license at the Renewal Education Corporation School of Real Estate. He's active in the international communities and is fluent in Spanish. Se habla español!
